How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship your order via UPS GROUND ONLY from New Jersey within 5-7 business days
What are shipping rates?
There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.50, for orders up to $300. For orders over $300, the shipping charge is $12.50.
What happens when an item is on backorder?
When we have an item on backorder, we will ship the items currently available and send out the backorder as it arrives to our warehouse. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
How do I clean my items?
We recommend spot cleaning silk items with cold water and if necessary, mild soap. Cotton drawstring bags can be machine washed, hang dry.
What is your return policy?
Items cannot be returned without RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Contact us by email, outlining the problem and we will provide the RMA and return address. Merchandise credits will be issued unless the fault is ours.
Do you do monogramming?
We do not offer monogramming-however, we do suggest you search your local yellow pages. In addition, three trade organizations can give you references:
